GVP Openly Campaigns For Neduvasal Farmers

Popular music composer-actor GV Prakash has jumped into to support the farmers of Neduvasal village. The Trisha Illana Nayanthara star is campaigning for the villagers as they protest against the central government approval, allowing the extraction of natural gas in the region. Many fear that the exploration is going to adversary impact the agriculture in the region.

GVP created hashtags, such as #Save Neduvasal and #Save Indian Farmers. The hashtags soon started trending on social networking sites, helping in fanning the flames. One can notice that the Darling actor is really getting into social issues of the region. First, he was actively involved in campaigning against the ban on Jallikattu, and now he came forward for Neduvasal villagers in Pudukottai district.

However, it would be too early to speculate about GVP alleged political interest. The multi-talented star will be next seen in various projects, to name some, Bruce Lee, Adangathey, 4G and Ayngaran.
