I Like Doing Character Defined Movies: Sunainaa

Actress Sunainaa will next be seen in Samuthirakani’s forthcoming flick, Thondan. Being quite choosy about her roles, the Vanmam beauty will be playing a heroine after long-time. The film is touted to be a woman centric, and talks about women safety.

Spilling the beans over her character in Thondan, Sunainaa said, “There are two sides to her — she is a bold, dominating woman who takes up every challenge in her life, and then an incident brings her to the lowest of lows. How she handles it forms the character arc”.

Sunainaa has previously worked under the direction of Samuthirakani in Neerparavi, but this time she would be playing a full-fledged character. She lauds her director for being someone so easy to work with, and the one who expects his actors to be themselves. Thondan has Vikranth in lead role, and movie is expected to hit cinemas around October, this year. The other cast members include Samuthirakani, Soori, Thambi Ramaiah, Namo Narayana and Ganja Karuppu.
