I Wouldn’t Cry Like Sivakarthikeyan: Gautham Menon

Gautham Menon’s Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada releases today, with lead characters from Silambarasan and Manjima Mohan. In an interview, the director clarified about his recent comment on Simbu being late for shoots and which was understood to be the reason for movie’s delay by many.

While promoting his movie at one of the events, Gautham said, "Just like how I don't know why this film got delayed, I don't know what is the problem. We come and do our work. I can't cry like Sivakarthikeyan here".

Defending his earlier comment, the director said, "Simbu hadn't shot for Thalli Pogathey song alone. He pointed that his real purpose to say that Simbu comes late for shoot, was to make him come and finish the song shoot, which was left. Gautham added that he realized that there were some date issues with Silambarasan. The movie is also written and produced by Gautham himself and the music is given by maestro A.R. Rahman.
