I’m Comfortable Doing Tamil Flicks: Jackie Shroff

Jackie Shroff is no less than a veteran of Indian cinema. The Hero star has worked in more than half a dozen language flicks, with predominantly in Bollywood. Jackie Dada will now be playing an antagonist in C. V. Kumar's Maayavan.

"I like to take up roles that are unique and those that other actors are hesitant to take up. In Aaranya Kaandam, for example, I had no doubts about playing a man who wasn't virile", said the star. He added that Tamil is one language which he finds easy to mingle with.

The Kochadaiyaan star said that he had been coming to the city for past 25 years now and had shot several Hindi movies at Gemini and Vijaya Vahini studios. He gave emphasize to the sound, which is most important while giving dialogues in Tamil.
