International Calling For Suriya’s ‘24’

Suriya starrer ‘24’ that released in May, earlier this year has earned an international recognition. The flick will be screened at 3rd Silk Road Film Festival, which is going to be held in Dublin, Ireland. It will be shown along with over 650 others from 35 different countries.

"It is a proud feeling for us. We had sent the film a few days back for the competition. The festival jury saw the film and called us back. They liked the film and appreciated us for making a film with a concept that is not much touched upon”, said co-producer of 2D Entertainment, Rajsekar Pandian.

He added that ‘24’ was a rare movie on travel from the Asian continent. It will be screened with Chinese subtitles at Dubai. Interestingly, this is the first Tamil movie to be chosen for Silk Road Film Festival.
