‘Irudhi Suttru’ Director Opens Up About Her Film

The upcoming film of Madhavan ‘Irudhi Suttru’ is garnering lot of attention these days. The trailer of the film was launched last month and it got a great feedback from the audiences. The much awaited audio of the film was also launched few days back. Santhosh Narayanan is getting praises from everyone for doing a commendable job with the music.

The director of the sports drama Sudha Kongara opened up about the film in a press meet recently. She said, “Maddy has been preparing for this role since 2012. He has had a leg injury, and had to go through surgery during the process of the film. Ritika Singh, an international kick boxer, has played her part beautifully as well”.

She added that she spent two and a half years for the research work required for the film. She met many athletes and she listened to their stories so that she could get some help for her script. Currently, the team is gearing up for the release of the film which will hit the screens on January 29.
