It’s Confirmed! This Actress Will Play Vikram’s Leading Lady In Vijay Chandar’s Next

We all know that actor Vikram has joined hands with filmmaker Vijay Chander, who donned the director’s hat for the first time for 2015 romantic action comedy ‘Vaalu’ starring Silambarasan alias Simbu. Speculations had long been rife that Sai Pallavi will play the female lead in the film but her nod was awaited. The latest update we hear about the yet-untitled flick is that Sai Pallavi has expressed her interest in the film and has been confirmed to play Vikram’s leading lady.

A source was quoted as saying, “The script was narrated to Vikram and Sai Pallavi recently, and both of them liked it immensely. The remaining cast of the project will be decided soon. If everything goes well, the shooting of Gautham's film will commence in January. Vikram will then join Vijay's film and the production of both the movies will happen simultaneously”.

According to reports, the movie will be filmed in the United States. The source added, “Though the actor was keen on doing the remake of Hollywood film Don't Breathe, the rights for doing it in Tamil is yet to be obtained”. The upcoming film will be bankrolled under SFF banner.
