Jithan Ramesh set to begin work on Jithan 2, likely to team up with Santhanam

Southern actor Jithan Ramesh is all set to start work on sequel of 2005 released Jithan. It is being said that the sequel will go on the floors shortly. It took eight long years for the makers to come up with its second part. The first part was a remake of Hindi film Gayab. The reports also claim that Jithan may share screen space with Santhanam for the film.

A source shared, “Ramesh and Vincent Selva are gearing up to go on floors with Jithan 2, and are working out the logistics now. They have approached Santhanam to play a crucial role and are awaiting his dates. As soon as everything gets finalized, an official announcement will be made.” The first part was directed by Ramesh and the forthcoming will also be created under his direction only.
