Just In: Ilayathalapathy Will Be Seen In Three Different Roles In Vijay 61

The latest buzz that has surfaced is that Vijay’s forthcoming film with Atlee, tentatively titled, Vijay 61 will feature Ilayathalapathy playing three different roles. Yes, you read it right! For the first time in his acting career, he will be seen in a triple role. He will play a father and two sons in the film.

Rumours are doing rounds that that the ‘father’ Vijay will be a sardar and will be paired opposite Nithya Menen, while one of the two sons is a cop. Samantha and Kajal are the romantic interests of Vijay. The interesting part is that, Vijay and Nithya’s sequences appear in flashback and are set in the backdrop of 1980s, which were recently filmed in Chennai.

We heard that was keen on shooting parts of film in the U.S., but because of Donald Trump’s rigid immigration policies, Atlee had to modify his script a bit. Now it has been decided that the film will be shot in European locales like London and Spain. Rumours are rife that SJ Suryah might join the next slot of shoot in Chennai. However, fans are ardent to witness the magic of the actor playing triple role.
