‘Kabali’ To Be Pushed Back For ‘Theri’

Kalaipuli Thanu has bankrolled many hit films. The vetran producer is currently producing two big projects of Kollywood. He has funded Rajinikanth’s ‘Kabali’ and Vijay’s ‘Theri’.  The audiences have great expectations from both the films. The Rajinikanth starrer is in its end stages, whereas Vijay’ action entertainer was recently wrapped up and is now in its post production stages.

‘Theri’ will soon be wrapped up and the makers have planned to release the film on April 14. Earlier, it was reported that ‘Kabali’ too would release in April, but since Kalaipuli Thanu would not like the idea of one film affecting other’s film business, the Pa. Ranjith directorial might be postponed.

In May, state assembly elections are likely to take place. The fans of the Enthiran actor may have to wait until the end of the elections for ‘Kabali’. However, no official announcement has been made by the makers regarding the release of the respective films.
