Kalaprabhu Ropes In Newbie For Playing Antagonist In Indrajith

Fans get ready to look out for a new baddie in Kollywood. If reports are to be believed, filmmaker Kalaprabhu has roped in a fresh face for playing the main antagonist in his upcoming flick Indrajith. Rajveer Singh, who will turn a baddie for Indrajith, is a sportsperson-turned-actor from Haryana.

Talking about his role in the flick, Rajveer said, “The film is the first of it’s kind for its Indiana Jones-like theme. It has some action, thrills and fantasy elements in it. When the story moves to a jungle in the second half, I play the character that takes on the hero and his team”.

The newbie also shared his experience about the film. He added, “It was a great experience and the team was great to work with. We completed the last schedule a couple of months ago in the forests of Kerala — and although it was a challenge to shoot there, the team just made it easy”.

Helmed by Kalaprabhu, the flick is being bankrolled by Kalaipuli S Thanu. It stars Ashrita Shetty, Sonarika Bhadoria, Sudhanshu Pandey and Prathap Pothen.
