Kamal Haasan’s Marudhanayagam: First Song Released

From long Kamal Haasan’s dream project was lying under the cans because of financial deficit. Now it seems that the film is progressing as the first song from the movie has been released recently. Music maestro Ilaiyaraaja has sung and composed the song.

Marudhanayagam is an historical fiction film. The movie is directed and produced by Kamal Haasan himself. The flick also stars Nasser Sathyaraj and Pasupathy in prominent roles.

The movie was launched in 1997 by none other than Queen Elizabeth II. The film was however stalled because of financial crisis. After years, London-based production house Lyca Production has extended help to bankroll Marudhanayagam reportedly.
