Kamal Haasan’s Marudhanayagam is going to create a buzz

Marudhanayagam is a much awaited high budget Indian-Tamil film, directed and produced by Kamal Haasan. The flick, which started 16 years back in October 1997 with an exclusive launch by Queen Elizabeth II, is yet to recommence its filming. Kamal Haasan will be seen portraying the role of Marudhanayagam Pillai, who popularly known as Muhammed Yusuf Khan, a warrior in the Arcot troop who fought against the British until 1764.

The film Maruthanayagam was envisioned by Kamal Haasan after his vivid research from the pages of primordial history. The ace photographer, Muthukumar had captured all the moves of a sequence where Kamal was getting hounded by his enemies. Kamal apparently moved towards a hill and rolls down a huge rock and kills the foes who were chasing him. But here, the snapper missed out on a significant shot which fumed Kamal. Though the photographer believes that once the film will be done, it will really stir the heads of many.
