Karthi Starrer Thozha To Release On March 25?

It has almost been a year that Karthi starrer ‘Komban’ had hit the theatres. Since then, the actor has been missing from the big screen. But there is no more waiting as according to the latest reports Karthi’s upcoming titled ‘Thozha’ is all set to release on March 25.

PVP Cinemas, who are producing the Vamsi Paidipally helmed film, has apparently stated that the movie has received ‘U’ certification from the censor board recently. Further, adding to the good news, several reports suggest that the bilingual movie is eligible for 30% entertainment tax cut that is granted by the Tamil Nadu government. The audio launch of the film whose music has been given by Gopi Sunder is expected to take place soon.

‘Thozha’, which is an official remake of French film ‘The Intouchables’ also stars Tollywood Superstar Akkineni Nagarjuna, essaying the role of a quadriplegic millionaire. On the other side, Karthi will be seen portraying the role of Nagarjuna’s caretaker. Tamannaah is playing the female lead role. Prakash Raj, Jayasudha and Ali are also a part of the film, playing prominent roles while Anushka Shetty, Adivi Sesh and Shriya Saran are playing cameo roles.
