Karthi Starts Preparing For His Role In Mani Ratnam’s Film

Mani Ratnam’s next has garnered lot of attention in the recent past. Many actors have been linked with the film in the past, and quite a few walked out of it. But Karthi has stood by the film all along and has proved his commitment for the project.

Despite being busy with his upcoming film ‘Kaashmora’, the Komban actor has begun preparing for his role in the Mani Ratnam project. Sources from the film’s unit reveal that he is undergoing a crash course to learn the basics of a pilot’s work. His training involves how to be seated at the pilot’s seat and many other things.

Karthi is proving how dedicated and committed he is to the yet-to-be titled venture. His course is likely to progress for 3 weeks. The film is expected to go on floors in September this year, in Kashmir. Aditi Rao Hydari will make her Kollywood debut with this film and will play the female lead.
