Karthi To Make His Singing Debut With ‘Magalir Mattum’

After stealing everyone’s heart with his acting skills, actor Karthi will now sway audience with his voice. Yes, Karthi is all set to showcase his singing skills in the upcoming movie ‘Magalir Mattum’. He will make his debut as a playback singer in the movie in which his sister Jyothika is playing the lead.

In an event to celebrate the release of audio of the movie, the film’s producer, Suriya, revealed that Karthi has sung a song in the movie. He has lent his voice for the song Gabu Gabu Gabu which is composed by Young music composer Ghibran with lyrics written by Vivek. It was an eye-opener for fans when they saw their favourite actor’s name appear as a singer in the audio track. 

The audio launch was attended the entire family of Jyothika including Suriya, Sivakumar, Karthi and sister Nagma. It seems that the movie is based on women empowerment as the trailer shows women who sacrifice their dreams for the sake of their families. Jyothika will be seen playing a documentary filmmaker who takes them out of their self made cage. The movie will also have Oorvasi, Saranya Ponvannan, Bhanupriya in supporting roles.
