Karthik Subbaraj's 'Iraivi' Locked For May 20

Movie buffs have been eagerly waiting for Karthik Subbaraj's 'Iraivi' for a long time. The repeated postponements in the release of the film have not affected their excitement as they have huge expectations from the director who has delivered hits like ‘Pizza’ and ‘Jigarthanda’. Finally, the makers have locked the release date of the film.

The audio of the flick was launched yesterday and during the audio launch event the makers revealed that the film will hit the theater screens on May 20. They also unveiled the trailer of the film during the audio release. The 1 minute 42 second long trailer has aroused curiosity amongst the moviegoers.

Each actor, S. J. Surya, Vijay Sethupathi, Bobby Simha, Anjali and Karunakaran, has packed a punch in the trailer. Santhosh Narayanan has done a brilliant job with the background score and the songs are getting good response from the listeners. Hopefully, the film will also manage to get positive reviews from the audiences.
