Kochadaiyaan’s director urges fans to wait for official announcement for trailer-release date

Kochadaiyaan team is busy giving the film its final touches and rumours have started doing rounds regarding the speculated date of the release of its trailer. Meanwhile director Soundarya R. Ashwin has requested viewers not to believe in any rumour and wait for the official announcement on the same.

After going through the rumours that Kochadaiyaan’s trailer would release on June 10, Ashwin tweeted clarifying, "Hey guys. I (will) connect with you directly. Any updates about movie I will give you. Please don't believe rumours. Have a great day." The first motion-capture film in India, Kochadaiyaan, is presently in its post-production phase. Apart from superstar Rajinikanth, it also stars Sarath Kumar, Shobana, Aadi Pinisetty, Deepika Padukone and Jackie Shroff in other key roles. The music has been composed by Oscar winner A.R. Rahman.
