Madhan Karky Opens Up About ‘Enthiran 2’

Last month it was reported that Madhan Karky, who played a key role in the success of 2010 hit film ‘Enthiran’, has been retained for the sequel as well. He wrote the lyrics for a couple of songs in the film and even penned the dialogues. In a recent interview, he opened up about ‘Enthiran 2’.

He said that director Shankar had the idea of the second part as early as he was shooting ‘Enthiran’. After Rajinikanth agreed to work in the second instalment as well six months back, the team started discussing about the flick. A.R. Rahman has started composing music for the film and soon will be recording the final version of the first song.

Karky is also providing Jeyamohan with the technical knowledge essential for the dialogues in the sci-fi. VFX supervisor Srinivas Mohan will be taking care of the visual effects in the flick. The project, featuring Amy Jackson as the female lead, is expected to go on floors by year end.
