Madhuvanti To Play A Cameo In A Tamil Soap Opera

Madhuvanti is quite an active theatre artist in the Tamil theatre. The actress, in the last few years, is actively participating in films too. And now, YG Madhuvanti will be seen in the soap opera Vani Rani.

She says, “I have done a lot in television earlier. I have acted with my dad in a couple of hit serials long ago. This is probably my first daily soap”. The actress also talked about her role in the serial. On this, she said, “This is a special character role that comes for a very short period of time. I am just doing a cameo. It was an interesting character that Raadhika ma’am offered me, so I said, ‘Ok, I’ll do it’. I am doing a nice interesting cameo towards the climax. Actually, it leads to the climax of Vani Rani”.

The actress expressed that she loves both theatre and film and she has been doing both regularly now. She said, “Nothing is different for an actor. Boundaries are all seamless today. The same serial unit goes and works for a film or a web series. As long as the role is interesting, and the work is good, you enjoy it”. Madhuvanti has two films which are to be released this year. First one is MaMaKiKi, which is a comedy, and in the other, she is doing an interesting role with SJ Suryah. Moreover, she will also be working in another film called Devendra, in which she will play the role of an SI.
