Mahendran In A Full-Fledged Comedy Film

Mahendran is well-established man in the Kollywood industry who has acted in more than 100 films in a span of 24 years. Yes, you read that right! The actor has been acting in films ever since he was three years old. However, he has still not got his breakthrough film.

As per the latest update, the actor has been taken on board for a full-fledged comedy film titled Idhukkuthaan Appavey Sonnaen. The film will be helmed by AR Shiva. The actor is hoping that the film would break the jinx attached to him about superhit movies.

Talking about the film, filmmaker Shiva said, “It’s a fun filled entertainer and I have brought on board a whole lot of comedy actors”. The actor would be seen playing the role of a jobless youth who spends all his time in the company of his friends in a rural set up. Other actors roped in for the film are Naan Kadavul Rajhnedran, Imman Annachi, Crane Manohar, Moorthy, Ramadoss, Nellai Shiva, and Muthukalai. Debutant Divya would be seen opposite Mahendran in the film.
