Makers Of Dora In Trouble, Face Plagiarism Charges
Fans can’t contain their excitement after watching the trailer of Dora, which was recently released. Helmed by Doss Ramasamy, this film features Nayanthara in the lead and is produced by director Sarkunam. Well, everything was going great until the film was accused of being plagiarised. TV scriptwriter Sridhar has accused the film’s director of stealing his story.
As per sources, the charges were rubbished as ‘false accusations’. The source adds, “Director Doss Ramasamy has put his hard work and has worked on the story on his own. He doesn’t have anything to hide and is open to proving that his script is different from that of Sridhar’s. He has also registered his story with the writer’s union and if they compare both the scripts, they would know the truth.”
Dora also stars hambi Ramaiah, Harish Uthaman, Shan and Tharun Kshatriya. The music of the film has been composed by Vivek-Mervin. The film, which revolves around a possessed car and its repercussions, is slated to premier on March 31 alongside KV Anand’s Kavan.
