Mani Ratnam To Work With Nithya Menen Again

Nithya Menen, who was applauded for her performance in Mani Ratnam’s ‘O Kadhal Kanmani’, will reportedly collaborate with the veteran director once again. Their previous venture was successful and did a pretty decent business at the box office. The yet-to-be titled project will be a romantic revenge thriller.

A source from the film’s unit revealed to IANS, "Nithya has given her consent to be a part of the film. The makers plan to officially announce the entire cast in a week's time".  2015, has been a good year for the actress. Her films like ‘O Kadhal Kanmani’, ‘Kanchana 2’ and several Telugu movies were liked by the audiences and did a good business at the box office.

The cast already includes Karthi, Dulquer Salmaan and Keerthy Suresh. Musician A.R. Rahman, who also gave music in Mani Ratnam’s last, will score the background music. The film is expected to go on floors in December.
