Mithran Jawahar Working On Woman Oriented Thriller

Mithran Jawahar will be stepping out of his comfort zone, which is family dramas, and directing a thriller for the first time. Talking about the film, the director revealed that it will have five actresses. He is currently working on the script for the same.

“The script work in underway and we are giving final touches to it. I’ve been helming family-dramas continuously and this is the first time I will be directing a thriller film. The untitled movie has five heroines and we are in the process of finalizing the cast in a week”, shared Mithran.

The move will be a bilingual and Shoba Rani will be producing it. She is a well known distributor and will be venturing into the domain of production with Mithran’s film. The shooting is expected to start in mid-August, according to the director.

The Meendum Oru Kadhal Kadhai director had earlier planned on making a Tamil version of the Malayalam flick 100*C but that did not pan out because of demonetization.
