Muktha Bhanu turns salesgirl for Pambu Sattai

Actress Muktha Bhanu is currently busy with her upcoming film Pambu Sattai opposite award winning actor Bobby Simhaa. Directed by debutant Adam, the film will feature Muktha as Bobby's sister-in-law, a widow named Shivani. She plays a salesgirl in the film. Interestingly, the beautiful actress was asked to pretend like a salesgirl in various jewellery showrooms, so that Adam could capture a few scenes.

Recalling her experience, Muktha says, "During long shots, many customers did not notice that shooting was going on and thought I was a salesgirl, and came to me for guidance. I went with the flow talking to them, getting them drinks, et al”.

Talking about another similar experience, the actress shares, "My character lives near a railway track in the film. We had to capture scenes near the track and in the train. As I looked very different in the getup, people often didn't recognise me. However, there were also those who came up to me asking whether I am Bhanu's (her name in the popular Tamil film Thaamirabharani) sister. I look slimmer now as compared to my appearance while I shot for that film and I guess that is the reason".
