Nayanthara Is Not Atharvaa’s Girl

As many expected after the signing of Nayanthara in Atharvaa-starrer flick that they would form a couple, well, all is not true. The makers in a recent statement made it clear that they are still figuring out the lead actress for the movie and it is certainly not Nayanthara. However, she would be seen playing a crucial character.  

"Nayanthara has been roped in for our film to play an important role. But her role will be a not a usual female lead one; in fact, she is not playing Atharvaa's pair. We are still searching for an actress to play his romantic interest", clarified Gnanamuthu.

Jeyakumar is bankrolling the project under his banner Cameo Films. The movie is being called Imaikka Nodigal for the meantime and is tipped to be an emotional-thriller. The movie is in its pre-production work with Nayanthara expected to join the team in October.
