Pandiraj Opens Up About 'Idhu Namma Aalu'

The shooting of Silambarasan’s upcoming film 'Idhu Namma Aalu' with Nayantara was wrapped up in September. Finally, the film is ready for its release after facing repeated postponements. It is expected to hit the theatre screens in December. The film has garnered a lot of attention in the past due to its hot lead pair of Nayantara and Simbu.

The director of the film, Pandiraj opened up about the film recently. He revealed that the flick is about the few months of courtship period of a betrothed couple. He said, "Silamabarasan gets engaged to Nayanthara after a love failure. The film deals with how love develops between them after winning over the misunderstandings and bitter feelings in the period of 3-4 months before marriage".

He added that the romantic-comedy has references and trolls in the form of dialogues that can be related to the real life of the lead actors, but both of them have taken the trolls sportingly. Reportedly, the audio of the romantic-comedy will be launched in November around Diwali. T. Rajendar has bankrolled the venture which has a runtime of 2 hours and 10 minutes.
