Parvatii Selects Scripts Based On Directors

Beautiful actress Parvatii Nair will be soon seen in her upcoming Tamil film which is slated to release in January. The film is directed by Priyadarshan and Parvatii is very excited for the release. Recently, the lady shared her views on the flick, character and her journey in an interview with TOI.

When asked about her experience with Priyadarshan, Parvatii replied, "He is such a big director who has worked with stalwarts like Revathi and Shobana. Being part of his star cast was an amazing experience as well as a challenge. Challenge in the sense, there was not much time to work on a trial-and-error method. Priyadarshan sir is a perfectionist and he has come up with a commercial movie in Nimir. The team is so experienced and dedicated that the movie's schedule got over in just 36 days. It was like a breeze."

About her role in the movies, she said, "I play the childhood romantic interest of the lead character played by Udhayanidhi. While all my earlier films had nothing much to do with my real-life persona, this role, more or less, suited my age, upbringing and approach to life. I have done mostly de-glamorous roles, so far, especially in Tamil, and this was a bit different."  Parvatii further said that she had been selecting the scripts based on directors.  Earlier, she had worked with directors like Gautham Menon, Ramesh Arvind and Kamal Haasan .
