First Photo from the Sets of Vijay59 Released

The shoot for Vijay’s 59^th film, which is touted to be an emotionally-packed entertainer, has begun and the first images, directly from the sets, is out. As per the reports, the shooting schedule of the film is going to be 140-day long. This Rs. 110 crore budget film is helmed by Atlee.

Vijay, who is playing a police officer in the film, is in buzz from quite some time. It is said that Ilayathalapathy will be sporting a thick moustache in this movie after very long. As per the reports, Vijay is so confident about his look that he has said his look in this film will be trend setter. G.V. Prakash Kumar, who is composing the music for the film has announced that the Ilayathalapathy will be singing 2 songs in this flick. He further revealed that Vijay will be dancing on a local number as well.

Besides Vijay, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Amy Jackson are in the main lead. Director J. Mahendran, who is also acting in this film, will be playing a negative role. Prabhu, Azhagam Perumal and Kaali Venkat are also a part of the project. Vijay59 will be produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu.
