    Piracy has been a cause for concern for the film industries of all the regions. Though a lot has been written and done to stop piracy, but it has still prevailed. The latest to become a victim of piracy is Vijay’s blockbuster ‘Theri’.

    The Atlee directorial released last month on April 14 and it went on to become the biggest hit of Vijay’s career. It did a fabulous business in Tamil Nadu and other states as well. But recently, a pirated DVD of the action entertainer was screened on a private travel bus.

    The matter came into light when a diehard fan of the Puli actor immediately called up some other fans and also called the police. Police held the driver and seized all the pirated DVDs present in the bus. Shankar, the driver of the bus, said that the owner of the bus has nothing to do with the screening of the pirated DVDs.
