Priyanka Upendra’s Mummy Dubbed In Tamil

Actress Priyanka Upendra made a comeback to films with a horror-thriller bilingual in Kannada and Telugu titled Mummy last year. And the latest news reveals that the film is being dubbed in Tamil. The actress had earlier worked with Ajith (Raja) and Vikram (Kadhal Sadugudu) many years ago in the Kollywood industry.

Keeping the same name intact, the film will be dubbed in Tamil. It has been directed by 21-year-old Lohit. The young director said, “The story is based on the real-life incidents of a pregnant mother and her daughter that took place at a villa in Goa. On calling the priest, they learn that the ghost of an orphan girl has been haunting them”.

Mummy was released last year and the film has received acclamation both from critics and the audience. Moreover, in the film Priyanka Upendra plays the lead female character and popular child artiste ‘ Baby ’ Yuvina portrays her daughter. Producer J. Satishkumar, who is known for making quality movies, is going to release the flick in Tamil.
