Raaghav Ranganathan’s ‘Ticket’ To London Indian Film Festival

Raaghav Ranganathan's must be on the seventh heaven these days. After all, his directorial debut ‘Ticket’ has been selected to get premiered at the prestigious London Indian Film Festival. Ticket will be the first independent movie to be premiered at the Empire Leicester Square theatre in London.

Raghav was super happy when he got to know that his movie has been selected. “About three months ago, I sent my film for the selection process. At that time, the movie was still work in progress. The final cut and sound mixing were yet to be done. However, by the end of May , I heard from them that the film got selected. I was very happy, especially after learning that many Indian films like Om Shanti Om, Delly Belly were premiered there. This also makes this the first Tamil film ever to have a triple UK world premiere in two cities, London and Birmingham, across three cinemas,” said an elated Raghav

The festival will be held from June 23 to July 3. Apart from directing, Raghav has also acted in the movie. The film also stars Karthik Kumar, Lakshmipriyaa, Sanam Shetty and Aishwariyaa in vital roles.
