Radhika Apte Feels Lucky To Work With Rajinikanth

Chennai, Feb. 7 -- Actress Radhika Apte joined the sets of her upcoming film ‘Kabali’ with superstar Rajinikanth. Her co-star was recently awarded with Padma Bhushan award, the actress congratulated the Lingaa actor. She expressed her happiness and excitement by calling the superstar personally.

Reports suggest that the actress was busy shooting for the first schedule in Goa and was gearing up for the next schedule when she got the news. She immediately called Rajinikanth and congratulated him for the achievement. She talked to her Kabali co-star for a while after it.

She recently shared what she felt about the Kochadaiiyaan actor. She said, "He is an icon for the people of the entire country. So many people idolize him and so do I. What I really like about him is his humility. There is so much I am learning by just observing him". She added that she was initially nervous to work with the star, but he made her feel comfortable and helped her a lot during the shoot.
