Rahul Dev Plays Antagonist In ‘Vedalam’

The team of Ajith’s upcoming film ‘Vedalam’ is gearing up for the grand release of the movie. The film will hit the theatre screens tomorrow, on November 10. Thala fans are excited to see the actor in dual role in the movie. It is known that one of the characters played by Ajith will be of a gangster. The main lead of the film has been revealed.

According to reports, Rahul Dev will be playing the lead antagonist in the Siva directorial. In a recent interview he revealed, “I play the eldest of 3 brothers, who is forced to come down from Milan to Chennai due to an emotional incident involving his brother”. The actor also played the role of a baddie in Vikram's ‘10 Endrathukulla’.

He added that he had to learn Tamil as he had many Tamil dialogues in the flick and that is his biggest takeaway from the venture. Reportedly, a shot of the climax scene, involving Rahul and Ajith, took 9 takes as both wanted the shot to be perfect. Let’s see if the efforts of both the actors are appreciated by the audience or not.
