‘Rajini Murugan’ Out And ‘Mapla Singam’ In?

According to the latest updates, the Sivakarthikeyan-Keerthy Suresh starrer ‘Rajini Murugan’, which recently got a ‘U’ certificate, will be delayed for its release. A sudden change has been made in the release plan by the makers. The movie was expected to hit theatres on Sept. 17 earlier. Meanwhile, it is being said that the Vemal-Anjali starrer ‘Mapla Singam’ will probably be released on the grand Vinayakar Chathurthi weekend now. 

‘Rajini Murugan’, an upcoming comedy drama film directed by Ponram. The movie features Sivakarthikeyan, Keerthi Suresh in the lead roles, while Soori, Samuthirakani and Rajkiran play supporting roles. The director Ponram made his debut with ‘Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam’ in 2013.  

Ponram directorial has been produced by Thirrupathi Brothers and will feature music by D. Imman. The exact date for the release of this movie will be announced soon. It is now being said that Rajsekar directorial ‘Mapla Singam’ has also got a clean chit from censor board and will take the place that is vacated by ‘Rajini Murugan’.
