Rajini-Ranjith film Gets Shooting Date

The upcoming Rajini-Ranjith film has finally got a date for the commencing of filming. It will start from September 18 in Malaysia. This will be one of the last films by Tamil superstar Rajinikanth. This is exciting news for the fans who have been anxiously waiting for an update.

Kalaipuli S. Thanu will be producing the film on a majestic scale. According to sources, Rajini will be playing the role of an aged don who still has control over the underworld. Radhika Apte will be playing his wife. Recently, the director and actor were looking for a female actress to play the role of Thalaivar’s young daughter. Reportedly, they are in talks with Dhansika for the role.

Along with Rajini and Radhika, the cast will include Dinesh, Kaliyarasan and Prakash Raj who will be playing significant roles in the film. Santosh Narayanan will also be part of the crew as the music composer. The official announcements confirming the cast and crew will be made soon.
