Rajinikanth And Mammootty To Star Together In Pasaayadan

Good news for all the Rajinikanth and Mammootty fans, the two legends are getting reunited for an upcoming project. Rajini and Mammootty were last seen together in the movie Thalapathy. Thalapathy was helmed by Mani Ratnam.

This time the project will be a Marathi flick, which has been titled as ‘Pasaayadan’. This movie will also mark the debut of both the actors in Marathi cinema. The movie is produced by politician Balkrishna Surve and directed by Deepak Bhave. The movie is set to go on the floors in the month of February.

Apart from this movie, there have been rumours that Mammootty will also make a special appearance in Rajinikanth’s another upcoming movie titled as ‘Kaala’. Moreover, it is being said that Mammootty may appear as BR Ambedkar and Rajinikanth may portray the role of a Mumbai based mafia in the movie. This movie will be bankrolled by Dhanush under his banner Wunderbar Films and helmed by Pa. Ranjith.
