Rajinikanth’s Kochadaiyaan trailer to be unveiled at Cannes Film Festival

Finally the time has arrived for Rajinikanth-fans to rejoice about his new movieKochadaiyaanas it is all set to release its trailer at the forthcoming Cannes International Film Festival in May. It has also been reported that the Tamil superstar will also be present at the special event.

The vice-president of PR Eros, Amita Naidu stated, "We will launch the trailer ofKochadaiyaanat the Cannes film festival.” The film’s spokesperson also confirmed the news, "Rajini sir will be present at the festival to unveil the trailer ofKochadaiyaan.” The film, which also stars Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff, Shobana and R. Sarath Kumar, is being directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter Soundarya R. Ashwin and is said to be India's first movie filmed in motion-capture technology.

The film, which is undergoing its post-production stage, is produced by Eros International and Media One Global Entertainment. Besides Rajinikanth, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan will also attend the festival, slated to take place between May 15 and May 26, to promote his Hollywood filmThe Great Gatsby.
