Rakul Preet Singh To Star In Suriya’s Next

It was earlier reported that the makers of Suriya ’s upcoming film which will be directed by Selvaraghavan have roped in actress Sai Pallavi of Premam fame for the movie. And now we have heard that Rakul Preet Singh has also been signed for the movie. As per reports, the script demanded another actress and the makers felt that Rakul would be apt for the role.

Designer Neeraja Kona, who will be designing outfits for the all the actors in the movie, confirmed about the same. Rakul was last seen in the movie Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru which was a super hit. Earlier, Selva had said that he has put in a lot of research for the movie and has twists and turns that can't be predicted.

Since it is known that actresses’ character in Selva’s films are not glamorous, but have an important role in the film, we expect the same in this movie too. Rumours are doing rounds that both Pallavi and Rakul will have important roles in the flick. The film will be produced by SR Prabhu and SR Prakash of Dream Warrior Pictures and will go on floors after Pongal.
