The teaser of actor Rana Daggubati’s upcoming Telugu movie Nene Raju Nene Manthri is out and has created euphoria among movie lovers. The film will be a Tamil-Telugu bilingual and will be titled Naan Aanaiyittaal in Tamil. The title for the Tamil version has been taken from a classic Tamil song, which starred legendary actor MG Ramachandran, popularly known as MGR.

More than anyone else, it is Rana who is very thrilled about the film. When asked about the reason of his excitement, he said, “The Tamil film title is inspired by a super hit song from the timeless matinee-idol and charismatic leader MGR’s blockbuster film Enga Veettu Pillai, a remake of ‘Ramudu Bheemudu’ the first movie produced by my grandfather, movie mogul D. Rama Naidu in 1964.” HE further added, “It’s a very special film for me as it brings memoirs of two of the greatest icons of the film industry who continue to inspire me.”

Naan Aanayittal is directed by Teja and stars Kajal Aggarwal, Catherine Tresa, Nassar, Navadeep and Ashutosh Rana. Suresh Daggubati, CH Bharath Chowdhary and V Kiran Reddy have produced it under Suresh Productions and Blue Planet Entertainments. Major parts of the film have been shot in the beautiful locales of Karaikudi and in other parts of South India.
