Ranveer Singh Praises Original ‘Singam’ Suriya

‘Singam’ is a Tamil action masala film directed by Hari that featured Suriya and Anushka Shetty as the leads. This film was later made in Hindi with title ‘Singham’ that starred Ajay Devgan as the male lead. The carefree Bollywood actor, Ranveer Singh, recently released a 17-second clip lauding Suriya, the male lead of ‘Singam’, for his flawless acting.

Ranveer says, “The original Singam. Wow. Look at him — he is a damn intense guy, huh? He looks so different, yaar. He is looking young these days. With the short crop and clean shaven and all.” He also says that he loved Suriya’s multilingual film ‘Raktha Charitra’. Apparently, praises are showering upon Suriya from different celebs.

Before Ranveer, India’s cricketing star M. S. Dhoni revealed that the Singam star is his favourite south Indian film actor. Seemingly, the multifaceted Kollywood actor is building up a fan club for himself in Bollywood as well. Suriya’s next outing is likely to be ‘S3’, which is the third instalment from ‘Singam’ squad. This flick is scheduled to release on December 16.
