Rathanmouli Plays A Spoilt Brat In His Next

Actor Rathanmouli has been contributing to the film industry since the past five years.  However, his films like 13 am Pakkam Parka and Vellikizhamai 13am Thethi were well appreciated by the audience. Now, the actor is gearing up for the release of his film, Arasakulam.

Talking about the film, Rathanmouli revealed, “I play the hero in the movie. My character's name is called Muthupandi. The plot is based on true incidents. The story is about what happens to the last generation of people who belong to the Maruthu Pandiyar family. They were two brothers—Periya Marudhu and Chinna Marudhu, who ruled Sivagangai. My father is called Rekkaipandi, who is a small time don and I am his son who is a spoilt brat."

The film is helmed by Kumar Maran and the Malayalam actress, Naina Nair, will make her Tamil debut with this movie. The film was extensively shot in different locations around Tamil Nadu like Thoothukudi, Kovilpatti, Kodaikanal and Tirunelveli. Desimartini wishes that the movie sails smooth at the box office.
