Regina Cassandra Roped In For Atharvaa’s Next

Regina Cassandra recently wrapped the shoot of her upcoming film ‘Nenjam Marappathillai’. The actress is currently involved in two Tamil projects and one Telugu film as well. Reports suggest that she has now bagged another Tamil project.

According to reports, the Rajathandhiram actress has been roped in for Atharvaa’s next flick titled ‘Gemini Ganesanum Suruli Rajanum’. During a recent interview with a leading daily, she confirmed the news and said, "I will be pairing opposite Atharvaa in the film. It's an interesting script, and my character will be way different from my previous projects”.

Regina said that the film will portray her other side and also revealed that she will start shooting for her portion in September. Reportedly, debutante director Odam Ilavarasu will helm the venture which was initially planned with Kalaiyarasan Harikrishnan in the lead. Speculations are rife that the makers are planning to rope in another female lead for the film and hopefully, soon an announcement will be made regarding it.
