Ritu Varma Fills In For Anu Emmanuel In Dhruva Natchathiram

To the much disappointment of Anu Emmanuel fans, the actress had to opt out of Gautham Vasudev Menon’s forthcoming flick, Dhruva Natchathiram. The earlier poster released from the movie showed Anu Emmanuel, but it was confirmed that Anu, with mutual consent has walked out from this venture. Now, the latest we hear is that the ace filmmaker has roped in new lady opposite Vikram.  

If rumours are to be believed, Gautham has replaced Anu Emmanuel with Ritu Varma. The director is said to be quite impressed with the latter’s performance in Pellichoopulu. It was also said that Gautham wanted to make Tamil remake of the same with Ritu, but she turned down the offer and Tamannaah was brought in to reprise her character.  

Sighting an opportunity with Anu’s exit, Gautham called in Ritu without wasting a second. Reportedly, the actress has already started shooting for Dhruva Natchathiram. Talking about the Vikram, the star is also shooting for Vijay Chander’s next.
