Sam Anton's Next To Be An Action-Thriller

Director Sam Anton was away from the limelight after Darling and Enaku Innoru Per Iruku. And now after three years he his back on the big screen to direct his third script. The movie is touted to be full-fledged action-thriller, a genre that Sam was waiting to do for a very long period of time.

Sam’s ye-to-titled film will have actor Atharvaa in the lead. Talking about the film, Sam said, Atharvaa plays a cop in this thriller. I took six months to finish the script which will have a blend of commercial elements and social messages to the society. The project will commence in August and will be shot across Chennai and Hyderabad.”

The director chose to go for an action oriented after two previous comedy entertainers as he did not want to be stereotyped of making only comedy flicks. The film, produced by Michael Rayappan’s Global Infotainment, will also have Yogi Babu in an important role. The makers will finalise the rest of cast and crew by the end of July.
