Samantha Goes All Praises For Suriya

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is sharing screen space with Suriya in ‘24’, has showered praises for her co-star recently. Samantha said that the actor’s role as Athreya is her favourite in the movie, and added, “He has done a brilliant job, and this character of his, I think, is easily the best one of his career”. Suriya will be seen playing triple role in the film.

About the movie, Samantha said, “I was carried away when the story was narrated to me. The exciting part is, the film has exceeded my expectations in terms of its making. The manner in which the story has been conceptualised and executed is way ahead of what I imagined it to be”.

Sharing about the experience of working with director Vikram Kumar for the second time after Manam, she said, “I was aware of his capabilities — the comfort level was more this time. The shooting atmosphere was always chilled out, despite the film having a demanding script”. Also starring Nithya Menen in a prominent role, ‘24’ has hit the screens today.
