Samuthirakani Starts Shooting For Rajinikanth’s Kaalaa

A few days ago we told you that it has been speculated that actor-director Samuthirakani will be a part of Ranijikanth’s next with Pa Ranjith titled Kaalaa. Now it has been confirmed that the actor is playing an important role in the film. Grapevine is abuzz that the actor has joined the sets of the film.

He even shared a picture from the sets along with the director. "KAALAA STARTS.......,” Samuthirakani posted the picture on his micro-blogging page. Pa Ranjith wants his movie to be a super hit and therefore is leaving no stone unturned to make it one.

He has even roped in Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi as the female lead in the film. The film’s shooing has been started. The movie which is produced by Dhanush under his Wunderbar Films banner will have a music score of Santhosh Narayanan. The makers are yet to announce the rest of the cast and crew of the flick.
