Santhanam May Return With Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya Sequel

The New Year may welcome loads of laughter as comedy king N. Santhanam is gearing up for the sequel of Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya. The 2013 Tamil blockbuster received oodles of applauses from critics as well audiences. Directed by K. S. Manikandan, the film also featured Srinivasan, Sethu and Vishakha Singh.

If sources are to be believed, the new movie will be made under the direction of Rambala who is also a close friend of the Oru Kal Oru Kannadi actor. The duo was earlier seen together in a Tamil television comedy series Lollu Sabha. As per reports, Santhanam will not just play the lead role in the prospected film but might also produce it.

For the new flick, the Theeya Velai Seiyanum Kumaru actor will feature a thick beard. Soundtrack and background scores of the film will reportedly be composed by popular music director S. Thaman. Further details related to the film are expected in a short time.
