    Sasikumar Shares Why He Sticks To Rural Subjects

    M. Sasikumar’s much awaited film ‘Vetrivel’ has been released today. The film features three female leads Miya George, Varsha and Nikhila. Reportedly, the film is a family entertainer is all about all about family bonding, love and affection.

    During a recent interview, the Bramman actor opened up about the story of the flick and said, "As an actor I really enjoyed when I heard the story. I was convinced audiences will enjoy it even more when they watch it. It's a tale of two brothers and events that unfold in a family. It's packed with a few unexpected twists".

    He added that he sticks to rural based subjects because hails from a family of farmers and still there is a farmer alive inside him. The actor said that it is the only way he stays connected to his roots. Sasikumar shared that he is enjoying the acting phase, but misses direction. He plans to return to helming films from next year.
