    Screening of Pawan Kalyan’s Cameraman Ganga tho Rambabu halted in Telangana


    The screening of TeluguPowerstar Pawan Kalyan’s latest releaseCameraman Ganga tho Rambabuwas stopped in many theatres across Telangana due to protests by Telangana supporters. The protesters have objections to some of the scenes in the film which they claimed have hurt their sentiments. The activists also vandalised the offices of the film director Puri Jagannath and producer-distributor Dil Raju at Jubilee Hills and Srinagar Colony respectively.

    According to sources, they smashed the windscreens of four cars and damaged furniture at both their offices. Jagannath and Raju have promised them to delete the “objectionable” scenes and appealed to them to stop the violence. Jagannath also arranged a special screening for leaders of TRS and Telangana joint action committee to vouch for the content.
